First of all, I want to say thank you for booking so many memorable trips for our family. When you book our trips, I know I have nothing to worry about but just enjoy. Comparing to other agents, an outstanding travel agent like you stand out when problems happen. You never let me get stuck at a car rental counter with a vehicle I do not like. You fight so hard for me and never allowed any deposit goes to waste when I canceled my trip. You are always do your job at the best interest of your client; you never short on delivery of your promises. Thank you Brandee for being my solution of all my traveling needs.

Brandee, thank you again for all your help planning our trips. I just want to tell you how much I appreciated about our most recent trip to Universal FL. We are still talking about how it truly was such an easy and memorable trip. As a full time working mom/small businesses owner, I was so overwhelmed by planning any trip for family, especially planning something for a 3 years old son& a tween ager , but you took the stress away and helped create a wonderful experience. I greatly appreciated the communication throughout the planning process, and every single detail about the trip, and keeping me organized with clear schedules(btw, awesome apps you provided) .The hotel you personality picked for us is the best, which I am not surprised at all, because you are a world traveler and you’ve been to most of the hotels you booked for your client! The trip was unforgettable! We really appreciated everything you did for us. Look forward to planning our next trip with you!
