Family Vacation for 25- And None of the Stress!

We had been talking about a 25 person family vacation for quite some time. When it came time to finally plan the vacation I contacted Kelly to see what she could find. Not only did she listen to everything that we were looking for and find us several options to choose from, she gave advice and made suggestions on things we hadn’t even thought of. Kelly was exceptionally helpful with everyone from the people that needed a lot of help and handholding to those that wanted to do some things on their own and some with the rest of the group in the agency. Cali truly customized everyone’s trip and gave every single person that went an experience that was absolutely more than they had ever imagined. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves because we knew everything was taken care of. We plan to use Kelly quite a bit more going forward, and anytime we are planning something like this she will definitely be our first call!

“Kelly was absolutely amazing in helping us with our horrible airline experience. She went above and beyond when it came to planning our trip. My husband and I would highly recommend her for anyone's travel needs. The cruise was the best part of course. But she helped us with so much more. From getting the hotel for the night before. Where she definitely went above and beyond is our flight got canceled and they were trying to put us on another flight for the next day. We would have missed our cruise. She got us a different flight to another airport that was also close by. Absolutely amazing job at making our first cruise with some hiccups because of the flight go amazingly well. She's the best hands down.”

Kelly is great about providing detailed information about the area and even provides videos on must see attractions. When it comes time to take your trip, you can feel confident she hasn't missed anything in your itinerary from the day you leave to the day you have to head back home. She was exceptionally compassionate during the recent COVID pandemic by consistently keeping in touch and rearranging our honeymoon to Hawaii since we had to postpone the wedding/honeymoon. It's nice to know there are companies out there that truly care about their clients. I would not only use Aqua Breeze Vacation again, I would highly recommend Kelly to anyone looking to book a trip.
