Jim doesn't stop working when he takes your vacation or getaway reservation. He's working behind the scenes when you don't even know it making sure that the cruise line hasn't lowered their price or changed your cabin or forgot to reserve your special event. He is checking in with the right people multiple times leading up to your big day or departure. He's knowledgeable about many locations inside and outside the US and will make connections where necessary to ensure you find the best arrangements suited to your needs. Jim takes pride in his job, his knowledge of the industry and his personal relationships that he builds along the way. I have known Jim personally and professionally for ten years or more. I've booked many cruises and other vacations with him and I wouldn't think of using anyone else!

Jim, on several occasions has given us the best info regarding new ships, what the ships have to offer, things to do in the ports and most of all SAVE US MONEY. He is always looking for the best deals and let's us know if there are any upgrades available and gets them for us if we qualify. I would recommend Jim to anyone looking for someone to take the "hassle" out of looking for a vacation that suits your budget and most of all saves you time from doing it yourself. thanks Jim for all you have done for us for several years.

Dealing with Jim over the last 25 years has been a true pleasure. Whenever I contact him about a potential trip, he is prompt, courteous, and efficient. He has scheduled everything for us from a simple weekend getaway to a full 42 person group cruise. We always research costs for trips and Jim ALWAYS comes in under what we find. We never use anyone but Jim and recommend him to everyone!!!!

This is the second trip we've booked with Jim, and he is truly outstanding. Our first trip went perfectly, and his advice was outstanding. The trip was seamless, and I've very glad to have had him help us. Our next trip we booked with him is in the fall, and I know that will be great too. I've used at least several travel agents in the past 59 years, and Jim is the best person we've ever worked with. You'll be in great hands with him.
