Working with Peggy was a complete pleasure. She listened intently to our ideas and plans. Peggy figured out the best order of places we wanted to visit to maximize our vacation time. She was extremely responsive, getting flight information and hotel options to us quickly. Everything included great detail and she was always quick to answer any questions we had.

Peggy was fantastic to work with from beginning to end. When my wife and I wanted to do a river cruise to celebrate our Anniversary and my Birthday Peggy was very helpful in picking the appropriate cruise line and itinerary for our needs. Her suggestions were spot on and proved to be very valuable in the end when river levels were low on the Danube. Once we chose the cruise she handled all the details which was great as we had no experience on a river cruise. She was always available for all my questions and could probably write a book "River Cruising for Dummies" for people like me! When Europe was experiencing their record hot weather and low river volumes she kept in constant contact as to how the trip would work . Her attention to detail, knowledge of the industry and helpful suggestions were integral in the success of our trip. I would highly recommend using Peggy on your next trip.
