Jessica was wonderful to work with. I told her my budget and where I wanted to go and she did the research and gave suggestions. She answered all my questions and if she didn't know the answer she would find it and get back to me. Before my trip we met again and she reviewed everything with me so I was refreshed about all of it. She had everything planned out for me and it was easy to land at the airport and go from there. I knew exactly what I needed to do.

Six New England States in 9 Days

We approached Jessica about visiting the New England area and she was able to suggest a Globus tour that visited 6 New England states! She was most helpful in providing information about the area and the tour prior to leaving and answered all of our questions regarding travel possibilities, such as driving (and parking) or flying. She arranged our flight from Milwaukee to Boston and even arranged for us to stay an extra three nights in Boston after the tour which allowed us to take in more of the history and the Kennedy Library. Jessica gave us her personal phone number in case we ran into any difficulties, called us in Boston to make sure we got there ok, and even called us after we got home to ask us if the trip met our expectations. Excellent customer satisfaction!

Unforgettable Alaska Cruise/Tour

We booked a cruise/land tour to Alaska with Jessica. This was a wonderful vacation, filed with beautiful glacier scenes and mountains, too breathtaking for words, with unforgettable shore excursions. Jessica handled all of the details for the trip; cruise, flights, bus transfers and train rides. No hassles or worries for us. We just selected our shore excursions. Prior to departure, she met with our group to outline the trip, discuss possible excursions at the various ports, and ensured that we all had the necessary travel documents and were able to download any apps needed. Jessica’s service is top-notch and I encourage you to contact her for your travel needs.
