We use Kay for our travel needs, which are extensive. We love to cruise, and Kay is always there to help us have wonderful experiences. From booking the cruises to hotels she is always on the ball. She remembers details we sometimes tend to forget. She is great to give us tips on what to do and how to do it. While we have traveled to all 7 continents, Europe is probably our favorite.

Kay is so easy to work with. She was efficient in getting a cruise for 12 of us scheduled. Because of a hospitalization and rehab, two weeks prior to the cruise, my husband and I were unable to go. I contacted Kay who shared the process and got our cruise canceled. Her guidance through the process of canceling and filing insurance was extremely helpful. She is always prompt in response to any inquiries.

We first met Kay on a trip to Africa that she hosted. Everything went so smoothly and any hick-ups that happened were taken care of effortlessly by Kay. The itinerary she planned was amazing. We traveled to 5 countries and the tours and accommodations she arranged were great., We have since used her to plan our travels. She takes care of any coordination that is needed and makes sure we get all the discounts that are available. She makes recommendations for add-on adventures. She is so easy to work with.

She was especially helpful when we wanted to plan an Italy excursion outside of Rome during our trip in October of 2023.
