Our family has had the pleasure of using Traci as a travel agent over the last seven yrs. When we booked our last trip in Jan 20 for Sept 20, Traci mentioned we should consider ‘trip insurance’. We thought about all the things that could go wrong that might stop us from going to Maui — the death of an elderly relative, a work conflict or a broken leg. “Pandemic” did not make our shortlist at the time. We ultimately purchased a trip insurance. We thought we’d be just fine. Fast forward to today, with the shadow of coronavirus and, boy, we were happy we’d sprung for the policy! With this policy, she took it upon herself to track/rebook new hotel/flight discounts that were being offered to entice guests to keep reservations once the ‘Go Hawaii’ travel guidelines were established. We were especially impressed with her diligence in ensuring we were getting the best pricing and comps available during the months prior to our trip.

Traci always goes above and beyond to make sure I have an amazing trip. Going online and doing your own research can only get you so far. Dealing with Traci is like talking to a close a friend that has already been there. If she hasn’t been there, she researches the best options for you and your family. I can honestly say, Traci has found us better deals than I have found on my search engines. Another highlight in working with Traci is, she knows my traveling style at this point and will text me with great deals of a vacation that fits my style. I highly recommend.

More than a vacation - European River Cruise
Anyone can create a trip to a destination and call that a vacation. Let me tell you, what Traci created for me was more than a vacation; Traci created an EXPERIENCE! The planning, research, knowledge, and unwaivering effort she put into this was beyond what I expected! I went on the Lower Danube River cruise with AmaWaterway and have zero regrets. The towns, sites, history, and beauty of Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Croatia, and Hungary were outstanding!
