David did an awesome job helping us and another couple arrange every detail of our long planned bucket list Viking River Cruise, including flights, cabin booking, shipboard extras, before and after cruise hotels and ground transportation. He was a true pleasure to deal with, professional, knowledgeable and highly competent. Unfortunately COVID-19 caused us a 1-year delay, but David brilliantly handled rescheduling!

David is the absolute best agent I have worked with. He is extremely knowledgeable, very accessible, quick to respond and downright pleasant to work with. David makes travel what it should be, enjoyable and stress-free. David's attentiveness to each of my scheduled trips is impressive.
