Alicia is phenomenal to work with. She is knowledgeable, detail oriented and passionate about what she does. We couldn’t ask for a better person to help us plan our travel! , We’ve used Alicia several times now for travel and have always had the best experiences. This trip she helped us plan for a group of 16 friends to celebrate a number of 40th birthdays among us. Alicia made great recommendations on resorts based on the groups’ wish list. We ended up going with Secrets Isla Mujeres and it ended up being a trip of a lifetime. , Alicia takes care of every last detail to ensure the trip went smoothly and that everyone had peace of mind going in and a great time during our stay. She pulls out all the stops. , We just got back and can’t wait to start planning our next adventure with her. Thank you for everything, Alicia!

Alicia took the time to provide us with options that fit our requests. Without having to ask, she booked us reservations at restaurants, and then we were able to decide if we wanted to keep them or make a change. Prior to our trip, we had copies of her recommended itinerary, which was very helpful when going to the Disney parks. In the past, we have not used a travel agent when going to Disney, but she was able to share tips with us that I never even knew about! I would definitely use her again in the future!

Alicia was so helpful, and patient, in planning my dream "bucket list" trip! She worked with the airline when I needed to make changes and she handled the arrangements with Globus Travel for my tour group. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
