Catherine Thompson was a fantastic travel agent! I asked her to provide what I thought would be an impossible challenge: a short notice request for a vacation itinerary for very specific dates on a limited budget. Catherine exceeded my expectations and delivered everything we requested at a lower budget than we could have imagined. She was a very effective communicator and ensured that every detail of our trip was fully accounted for. I would highly recommend her services to those seeking a Canadian based travel agent and have already suggested her services to my friends.

Low budget trip but we were cared for like royalty

Catherine took such good care of us! She attentively listen to what I was looking for in a vacation and provided several great options for us to choose from. She also provided extra information and additional bookings when our parents decided to tag along too. While on vacation she checked in a few times and offered assistance wherever it was needed. This was the first time I'd traveled since COVID, the first time ever booking with Catherine (who was referred to me from another friend) AND it was my parents first time traveling in decades. The entire trip was well planned, easily executed and any additional info I needed was promptly provided. Our parents have some mobility issues and the airport and hotel were very accommodating too. I'm looking forward to another holiday in a few months and re-booking with Catherine. There's nothing better than a worry free vacation!
