European Travel and River Cruise Specialist
Many years of living and working in Europe provided an insider’s perspective on travel so when it came time for the “Second Act” of my career it seemed like a natural fit to combine my knowledge of many European countries with my love of travel and launch Trish York Travel. While living in Germany I often traveled for work and was able to make a long weekend out of a business trip allowing me to see more than just the inside of a conference room – Milan, Zürich, Amsterdam, Lisbon, Barcelona, London, Budapest, Prague, Vienna, Paris, Brussels, Geneva, Dublin, and Edinburgh were just a few of the well-known European cities that I frequented. Since launching my travel business I’ve visited so many more wonderful destinations including many new cities and some old favorites – by ship cruising the Rhine and Danube rivers, by rail, and by car. All of these experiences help me craft unique trips for my clients no matter where they want to travel in Europe or how they want to experience it.

Trip of a lifetime with my Mom

It was an absolute pleasure working with Trish to coordinate and arrange a trip for my Mom and I to Cambridge and then southern France. My mom and I were a bit all over the place in the early stages of planning this trip and Trish really helped us focus on one region in France so we could truly enjoy ourselves and maximize our stay. My mom wanted to take the train all the way from Cambridge to the south of France - it was so seamless and easy and I know neither my Mom nor I could have handled all those logistics on our own. Also, we had the most amazing hotel in Avignon, France that I still cannot get over - it was perfect. Our trip to the Provence Region of France was amazing! My Mom and I have now decided to visit Portugal in May and Trish is helping us plan that trip as well!

We had the trip of a lifetime to Munich Oktoberfest, Fussen Germany & Salzburg Austria. We were taken care of every step of the way, and with all of Trish's tips, Germany was easy to navigate and plan. We can't wait to go back!
