Jenn provided great service, especially when we were headed home and the airline suddenly canceled our flight. She got us switched to another flight right away ensuring our trip home happend that same day.

Any deals I did find on my own, her price was the same. What is also nice is if the airfare goes down from when you initially booked, she deals with that as well as if you have any other changes or cancellations. My time is now free and the trip is hassle free.
