I worked for the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company for 18 years prior to assuming the role of a Travel Planner. Fifteen of those years were in leadership and executive roles, where I acquired experiences in providing the highest level of customer service to most discerning clients. I pride myself to be very detail oriented and resourceful to perform a job well done. My work experiences provided me with the insight knowledge of the hospitality operations, which resulted in a unique perspective in finding my ways to make your trip extraordinary and memorable. 

My experience in the luxury hotel industry was also heavily involved in the planning and execution of many groups. This is a great advantage in my current role as a Travel Planner, especially when negotiating group rates and benefits for my clients.

I lived the first 23 years of my life on Bali Island, Indonesia, where I obtained a bachelor degree in Tourism Management that focuses on management of a travel agency, airline and world destinations. 

Bali certainly's beautiful, but I always wanted to see the rest of the world. Therefore, I relocated to Washington DC in 2000 and caught the travel bugs. Now, my family and I have visited 20 countries via several cruises, packaged tours, all inclusive, and on our own. We stayed in various types of accommodations ranging from luxury to limited services. My favorite destinations are: Bali & Yogyakarta (both in Indonesia), Italy, Paris, The Caribbean, Singapore and Krabi, Thailand.

As you see, I've acquired a unique set of skills and knowledge from my lengthy career in the luxury hotel industry, and I've collected experiences from all the places I've lived and visited.
