River Cruise Specialist
I experienced my first river cruise in 2017 and I was hooked. My husband and I sailed up the Danube River from Budapest, Hungary to Vilshofen, Germany onboard AmaWaterway’s beautiful AmaCerto. Since that first cruise, I have sailed on several European rivers, on multiple river cruise lines and ships and during all 4 seasons. I know, first-hand, the subtle and not so subtle differences in each. In addition to drawing on my personal river cruise experience to help you select the perfect river cruise to tailor your experience to your personal preferences and priorities, I work closely with the river cruise lines, have earned certifications from several and stay current with river cruising.

Karen did an awesome job of planning/coordinating our trip to Germany in 2015 and our trip to Germany, Austria and Czech Republic (moved from 2020 to 2022). Loved both trips! I would recommend Karen for help with all of your travel needs.

Karen is absolutely wonderful to work with. She is easy to talk to and can answer any questions a person may have (or find the answer if she doesn’t know). Karen did a great job arranging a multitude of tours and amazing stops along our way from Berlin into Prague, Salzburg , Oberammergau and finally Munich for the opening day of Oktoberfest. The passion play was an amazing stop in Oberammergau!
