Tony helped us arrange a trip up the Pacific Coast Highway. We flew into San Diego, got a rent-a-car and took 18 days to meander our way to San Francisco. Tony arranged all the hotels and made many fine suggestions on what to see. We had one Mix-up with two hotels being reversed and Tony fixed it as soon as I noticed it. We had one hotel lose our prepaid reservations and Tony called them and got us exactly the rooms we'd wanted. The little boutique hotel he picked for us in Santa Barbara was particularly nice. All the hotels were comfortable and reasonably priced. We had a smashing good time. Such a good time that we are going to ask Tony to help us see New Orleans this fall.

Tony's been a friend for many years but we had no idea he was a travel specialist. We emailed him about a Christmas vacation & asked him what might be available. ITALY!! He & I started planning, telling me step by step what he was doing & finding. We chose a Cosmos tour that was reasonably priced, the destinations were wonderful & I started packing for my partner n me in my head. Mr. Harrell is highly professional & didn't look for short cuts b/c of our friendship. He is extremely knowledgable, highly motivated and excels in people skills. He made sure that all of our extra activities were booked & when the itinerary package came, all the tickets & confirmations were there. Not one detail was left to chance. We have since booked with him twice, once for a Christmas cruise & once for a European trip of a lifetime. Without Tony's assistance we would never have had the superior holiday abroad. He even helped with suggestions about cell phone access, plans & extra hidden charges. As well as electricity issues. I have and will continue to recommend Tony Harrell to friends & family.
