Gayle Bobbitt, of Escapes and Adventures is a travel advisor specializing in cruises and European travel, and a proud member of Nexion, affiliate of Travel Leaders, one of the leading travel companies in the U.S.

While living in Paris, Antibes, Madrid, and London for 11 years, she gained an intimate knowledge of many European cities and countries, and brings a ‘local’ perspective from having lived and assimilated into various European cultures.  Since returning home, Gayle continued to travel extensively. Travels include Australia, India, Middle East, South Pacific, and several countries in Africa.

With 18+ years in senior account management for hi-tech companies in Silicon Valley, maintaining long-term relationships and providing excellent customer service was always key, and where she excelled.  After returning to the U.S., she decided to focus on her passion for travel, and completed several certifications and a college degree in travel careers.  She wanted to share this love of travel with others, and now focuses on planning that special small ship, river cruise, or ocean cruise trip, along with pre and post trip stays. 

Gayle also enjoys sharing her time by leading classes at local community centers several times a year as a certified facilitator for ‘A Matter Of Balance’, a falls prevention program, as well as volunteering with PAWS at Stanford University Hospital organizing and doing patient 'doggy' visits.
