I can't say enough about Jennifer! She helped us book our first cruise last year as well as a day/night at Disney?. She left no detail untouched, was prompt in answering my million questions and genuinely cared that we had a great time! She even stopped what she was doing when she learned not all our Disney bands had arrived before the trip and made sure the missing ones were waiting for us upon arrival. We didn't have to worry about a thing! It was such an amazing vacation that we have booked another cruise with her this year!

I love that Jennifer takes the time to know the needs, desires, and preferences of her travelers. She has never steered me wrong with a cruise line, ship, or port. I trust her and I no longer spend countless hours trying to pick a vacation for my family. She will answer every question literally from the time you board the ship. I even called her while boarding on our last trip. Always helpful and provides top service every time!

Jennifer is very professional and knows her 'stuff'! She was attentive, trustworthy and always available for questions. The accommodations were perfect and the prices excellent. She is the best and I will work with her always. Do yourself a favor and contact her for your next travel experience.

Mrs. Hennequant has been our family's dedicated travel agent for 10 years now. She goes out of her way to figure out our families interests, travel style, and then is why we want to a trip at any given time so that she can give us the most amazing customized recommendations. Unlike TAs that we have worked with in the past, her focus on our family is long term. She doesn't worry so much about a big commission off of one trip, but instead her focus is on keeping us happy as customers & making sure that our travel dreams come true. We trust her opinion and advice and look forward to enjoying trips planned by her friend many many more years.

Cruising with teens in Alaska

18 summers... They say that’s all we get with our children before they are off leading their own lives! My family prefers warm weather destinations, so it took some convincing them to journey to Alaska with me. What an incredible time we had with our teens before our oldest headed off to college.
